Gabbinbar caters to all types of wedding styles by placing an emphasis on providing beautiful and elegant spaces for couples to customise for their special day.
At Gabbinbar we have four ceremony locations – Governor’s Lawn, Old Gates, The Woods and our stunning Pavilion.
Couples choosing to host their wedding at Gabbinbar have a variety of exceptional ceremony options. With our pavilion being our most popular, but also our wet weather option.
How many guests can you cater for and in which style?
Hosting a reception in our breathtaking conservatory couples have the choice of either
round tables (with a maximum of 120 guests),
long tables (with a maximum of 150 guests),
cocktail style (150 guests)
or an outdoor reception with up to 150 guests (weather permitting).

Located on 13 acres Gabbinbar Homestead offers a private and exclusive estate to host your wedding. Wedding packages are all -inclusive providing incredible catering, equipment hire and exclusive use of the estate along with a 7.5 hours of drinks service. We have a dedicated and highly professional wedding planning team, who are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every couple.
What is the cost per head and what does it include?
The Gabbinbar experience caters for 70 guests and is an all-inclusive experience. Exclusive use of the estate, equipment hire, wedding menu, wedding planning and 7.5 hours of unlimited drink service.
Prices vary depending on the time of year and day of the week.
Couples whose guest list exceeds 70 are able to add additional guests at a per/person price.

The most enjoyment our team receives is being able to plan and then deliver on a couples vision for their special day. They come to Gabbinbar with a visioning a ‘wedding day dream’ and we have the honour and privilege of bringing that to life for them.
