Your wedding isn’t a photoshoot. It’s a story, full of laughter, connection, quiet moments, and the kind of emotion you can’t stage. I capture your day as it naturally unfolds, without stiff posing or forced smiles. Just real moments, beautifully told.
About me
I’m a candid wedding photographer who loves real emotion, natural moments, and the stories that unfold when people feel comfortable and connected. Candid is how I shoot everything, no stiff posing or forced smiles, just your day as it genuinely happens. I’m based in Queensland, but I travel anywhere your story takes me.
Over the years, I’ve photographed more than 300 weddings across Australia and destinations worldwide including the Greek Islands and New Zealand. Every couple, every location, every story is different and that’s what I love most.
Alongside digital, I also love shooting weddings on 35mm film. There’s something about the grain, the colours and the way film slows you down that suits the honest, natural moments I look for on a wedding day.
Film and Super 8
Alongside digital, I love shooting on real film. If you love that nostalgic, timeless look, I can shoot a few rolls of 35mm alongside your digital coverage on the day, your first dance, the vows, the candid laughter in between, captured in a medium with real character. Film sits beautifully next to your digital gallery and gives you a handful of frames to keep as heirlooms. You can read more on my 35mm film wedding photography page.
If you love that analogue feel on video too, I also offer Super 8 films. Shot on actual film and developed and scanned at one of the last specialist labs in the world, these short highlight films are around one to two minutes, made up of the little moments from your day and set to music. There is a warmth and nostalgia to Super 8 that digital simply cannot replicate.
