Oreilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyard Wedding
I was totally blown away by Oreilly’s Canungra Vineyard for Renee and Michael’s wedding. Nestled on acreage at the back of Canungra sits O’reillys vineyard a picturesque property. Complete with an old Queenslander homestead, rows and rows of grape vines.
Michael and Renee’s intimate and personable ceremony was under the trees overlooking a gentle running creek. The kids played amongst the trees and rocks surrounding the stream as if they were on a little adventure. It was beautiful as the afternoon light filtered through the trees on to the ceremony area.
Their Oreilly’s Canungra wedding reception was in the elegantly decorated marquee just off the house. Fairy lights danced their way through the vines and festoon lights illuminated the night outside. The smell of fire from the fire pit filled the nights air and a full moon peeked it’s way over the surrounding mountains.
Michael and Renee wanted a fun and relaxed wedding but they had a little surprise too. People gasped and clapped and gave way to tears as they heard that Michael and Renee were expecting. They dropped the bombshell in their combined speech at the start of the reception. Getting the formalities over with and their little announcement, left the rest of the night to celebrate mingle and have fun.
