Brittney and Jesse’s Sol Gardens wedding was one of those beautifully chaotic Gold Coast days where the rain rolled in early and never really left—but it didn’t dampen a single moment. Everyone leaned into it. Laughter, umbrellas, muddy hems, and the kind of energy that makes a wedding feel alive.

Across the road, the park was soaked and glowing, and those massive Camphor Laurel trees gave us the perfect canopy. We wandered through the mud, headed to the little bridge, and lit up a few smoke bombs—colour drifting through the rain while everyone cheered them on. Brittney walked away with a muddy dress, muddy legs, and the biggest smile because she’d had so much fun.
