Royal Pines Resort has numerous Ceremony locations available. Including the Resorts Stunning intimate Chapel, outdoor gardens and also the picturesque chapel steps. Ceremony packages include. Red Carpet Isle, Registration Table with 2 chairs, Floral Arrangement for signing table, Pew Seating (if indoors), Americana Chairs (if outdoors), IPOD Dock available (indoors), Resort grounds for photos , wet weather backup venue.
What happens if it’s raining?
Should a Wedding be scheduled to take place outdoors. It is our job as Wedding Coordinator to provide the best advice to all couples. At the end of the day it is all up to the couple. However should the predictions not look good, we inform the couple that a decision does need to be made and if so, inside the chapel is the perfect wet weather venue.
What type of weddings do you cater for at Royal Pines Resort
And if their are any particular styles you feel suit your venue?Anything and everything! From small intimate Vowel renewals for 2 guests to up to 500 guests for large Indian style Weddings. Every single wedding is different and each couple has their own style. Which can be incorporated into many of our various venues.
How many guests can you cater for and in which style?
For Ceremony only, no minimum amount We have two type of Wedding Packages. First package caters based on a minimum 30 guests and maximum of 60 however the second package is our main Wedding Packages which is based on a minimum of 50 and maximum of 120 guests. Anything over this amount would be a custom quote based on the individual guests needs.

What is the cost per head and what does it include?
Based on our main package, the minimum package price is $180 per person. This includes – Venue Hire for up to 5-6 hours – Pre Dinner Canapés for 30 minutes (Chefs Selection) in an alternate venue – 2 Course Alternate Serve Plated Dinner – Your Wedding Cake served on platters per table – 5 Hour Standard Beverage Package – Reception room decorations including Fitted Chair Covers, Sashes & Choice of Centrepiece – Dressed Bridal Table & Stage – Dressed Gift & Cake Table – Personalised Menus (2x per table) – Custom Seating Plan – Lectern & Microphone for speeches – Dancefloor

What has been your biggest challenges as the co ordinator and what gives you the most enjoyment about your role at the venue.
The biggest challenge for me personally is when the Bride is very,very stressed and anxious. As it does make it hard for them to let go. However on the day after all the planning has taken place. We take over and ensure that every element is actioned. In the end they are so incredibly thankful for all of the behind the scenes work that takes place. And appreciates how hard we all work as a team to make their dream wedding run so smoothly. This is the most enjoyable part of my role.
Any messages to couples you would like to convey?
I am a very personal and hands on Wedding Coordinator that understands that your day is the most important day. I am here every step of the way to ensure that every element is actioned and take the stress off you both to make sure you have the most memorable day.
